If it doesn't work at first, try again, if it still doesn't work call phone support (2) If phone support even starts out like they don't know, just end that call, then call again and cross your fingers you get a good one. They do have some good phone techs. (3) Never email for support.

When my children were babies, we could fill up the living room with useless plastic toys as far as the eye could see.
